HD Asia Advisory visits Enterprise Ireland's Headquerter

HDAA along with StartupLokal initiators and a journalist was invited to visit the Enterprise Ireland Headquarter in Dublin on March 13th. We were welcomed by Mr Kevin Sherry, Director of International Sales & Partnering of Enterprise Ireland.

The first meeting was conducted with John Convery of High Potential Start Ups Division who explained the role, activities and experience of Enterprise Ireland in building an entrepreneurship and innovating ecosystem. HDAA also met Dublin Web Summit who gave an introduction and overview on building International Networks and attracting key figureheads to inspire and collaborate.

Afterward the group met Ms. Miriam Magner Flynn, CEO and founder of Career Decisions, a career and change management consulting company that has spawned a new web based start up based and discussed on Indonesian web trends and opportunities.

Several startup companies that HDAA met are Movidius, a hardware company that showed a demo of a 3D video on a mobil phone and a 3D converter for a 2D tv, Retail Media Systems a small startup selling a digital menu board for F&B business, and Newbay, a software company.
