Bernardus Djonoputro
Mr. Djonoputro co-founded the firm in 2005. He has had more than 20 years of experience in business and the professional services industry. He served as Director of Marketing of Ernst & Young Indonesia for five years before moving to PricewaterhouseCoopers. As Director of PWC, he was responsible for business development and go-to-market strategy of the firm in Indonesia, until he co-founded HD Asia Advisory.
Mr. Djonoputro also spent 6 years with American Express International in Indonesia as Head of Business Partnership, Marketing & Sales Division. While at American Express, he was awarded the American Express Worldwide Best Performer Award in 1993, the highest chairman’s award for performance and customer service (he remains the only Indonesian to have received the award).
Mr. Djonoputro graduated from the prestigious Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB)'s School of Regional & City Planning. He is an alumnus of the Indonesia-Australia Intergovernmental Youth Exchange Program. During the peak of reform in 1997, he co-founded SPUR (Solidarity of Professionals for Reform), a loose association of young pro-reform professionals set up to support the student movement that pushed for a reformation and the fall of the new order Soeharto regime.
Bambang Gunawan
Bambang graduated with a Law Degree from Parahyangan Catholic University. He had a solid 13 years of experience with Bank Danamon, one of the largest banks in Indonesia. He then spent 5 years at Ernst & Young in the Department of Human Resources Development, before joining HDAA as Head of Corporate Affairs. He is also an Associate Partner in charge of local government relationships, bringing with him a deep understanding and vast network in Papua, Riau, Sulawesi, and West Java.
Agung Santoso
Agung graduated from the Faculty of Economy of Padjajaran University, and hold an MBA from IPMI. He is an experienced banker, having spent more than 15 years in the banking industry. He has worked for some of Indonesia’s largest banks including Bank Papan Sejahtera and Bank Ficorinvest. He is currently an accredited trainer for Bank Indonesia’s compulsory training module on Risk management Certification (BSMR).
Tristanti Mitayani
Tristanti Mitayani was a Member of Parliament in 2004-2007 and an active member of Commission 1 which covered Communication and Informatics, Foreign Affairs and Defense. She initiated and led the parliamentary caucus on Broadcasting during its early years. Following her parliamentary period she then became the Regional Coordinator Asia Pacific for International Knowledge Network of Women in Politics (iKNOW Politics), a joint project of 5 international organizations: UNDP (United Nations Development Program), UNIFEM (United Nations Development Fund for Women), NDI (National Democratic Institute), IPU (Inter Parliamentary Union) and International IDEA (Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance).
Tristanti holds a Master Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), the same university where she gained her graduate degree from Urban and Regional Planning. She did her part time lecturing and had done consultancy service in many projects throughout Indonesia before she joined International City/County Management Association (ICMA, based in Washington DC) as a Partnership Manager working on a program called Building Institution for Good Governance (BIGG) in 2000-2003.
Maman Djajasukmana
Maman Djajasukmana graduated from prestigious Parahyangan Catholic University in Civil Engineering. His business network and acumen have been built through his various engagements with multinational corporations. He was a Vice President and was part of an initial team of few to start up Australia’s largest steel company in Indonesia, and grew the company to today’s leadership in the market with four production plants across Indonesia.
Dani Muttaqin
Graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology majoring in Regional and City Planning, he is currently the Executive Director of the Indonesian Regional and City Planning Institute (IAP). Dani is an expert in forecasting methods, spatial mapping, regional infrastructure planning & management, including calculating supply, the demand side of infrastructure at regional areas. He was also involved in several green fields development projects and the preservation of natural resources.
Ayu Prabawati
Following her Economic study at Erasmus University Rotterdam, she gained experience in banking sector at Indover Bank N.V., Amsterdam, and Danamon Bank. Since returning to Indonesia after 15 years in the Netherlands, Ayu has been involved in various Non-profit organizations in Indonesia and abroad, and in political campaign and election for Members of Parliament in Lampung.
Lutfi Irwansyah
Lutfi graduated from STAN with an accounting degree. His experience includes 15 years of working for representative offices of Reebok and Adidas. His strength is in dealing with cross-border financial and accounting matters.
